Initial Consultation--Discussion of individual/family needs and Q&A about service costs and schedules.

 

Assessment- Pre-screening to determine if New Voyage Counseling can assist you.

 

Joint Evaluation-- Together, we complete a Psycho-Social evaluation form so the therapist has a better understaind of who you are and what services would be required.

 

Partnering Contract- Develop a case specific contract outlining costs and services.

 

Goal Setting- Mutual Understanding of objectives, responsibilities, and process moving forward

 

Progress Evaluation- Review progress and determine any needed changes.
